I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason I see fit.

I no longer work under strict deadlines unless discussed prior (refer to section IV below). Commissions can take anywhere between 2 to 12 weeks depending on your spot in the queue and complexity of the order.

I reserve the right to post images of any stage of the commission on my socials/portfolio. Contact me if you need the commission to be private.

If a new drawing is required at any point in the commission, you must pay additional fees at my discretion.

Any revisions that are destructive (alterations to the lines, which can also affect colors) to the final draft will incur additional fees.

You are fully responsible for ensuring any commissioned artwork obeys the rules and TOS of that specific service/organization. Kewpiko takes no responsibility for any artwork rejected by Twitch or by any outside service/organization.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

All payments are made through PayPal only (USD).

You must pay the entire amount through PayPal before the commission starts.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued once I have started any stage of the commission.

In the event I need to cancel a commission, your payment will be fully refunded.

Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only, meaning you cannot use my artwork on merchandise for resale or sell the artwork itself.

Commercial rights for merchandise are available for an additional 50% to 200% of the original order price (not including rush fees).

You are allowed to have commissioned artwork animated by another artist as long as it is discussed beforehand.

Should you break the copyright/usage agreement, every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.

If you would like rush priority (skip the queue) you must pay an additional 50% of your total order.

Turnaround time will be around 2 to 14+ days for rush orders - time will vary depending on order size and current queue.

Please state in the order form when you need the commission completed by. Orders with unrealistic deadlines will be declined.

Once the PayPal invoice has been paid, any requests to refund the rush priority fee will not be granted.

Rush order deadlines will be delivered before or on the date requested on the form (USA - Central Standard Time). Please take this into account and adjust accordingly if you are from a different time zone!
